1. About this list
TellerCat uses a small number of trusted providers to deliver its service. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement, and processes data only to provide the service to us. This list supports our data processing terms.
2. Current categories
TellerCat is still in development. The providers below are the ones chosen so far; the production hosting provider and the exact AI and speech models are still being chosen and tested against these rules. Production data and backups will be hosted in a UK region, and the full list with each provider's location will be confirmed here before any customer data is processed.

- No use of your data to train their models.
- The shortest data retention they offer, and zero retention where available.
- A lawful transfer mechanism if data leaves the UK.
4. Changes and notifications
We'll give customers notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, so they can raise an objection. To ask a question about this list, send us a message through our contact page.
